Vintage Vibe started as a one-man Rhodes rental and repair shop. It became the world leader in repair and restoration of electro-mechanical keyboards, and the only manufacturer of a complete line of replacement parts for instruments nobody was making anymore.
In 2009 they launched the Vintage Vibe Piano and the Vibanet: modern takes on the Rhodes and Clavinet with improved performance, reduced weight and new looks. Chris Carroll founded the company. Fred DiLeone is the master technician.
Vintage Vibe is the only company in the world manufacturing a line of pianos based on Harold Rhodes' ideas. Their development was fuelled by decades of Fender Rhodes restoration experience: the parts business and the instrument business are the same knowledge, pointed two different ways.
